This is the last week of the 2013 session. It is a very dangerous time of year when bills die or make it to the Governor’s desk. There is an old saying “No bill is dead until 6:00 p.m. the last day of session.”

Governor Nixon and members of his administration continue to dig a deeper hole. As the old saying goes, they should put down the shovel!

When there is a war between players of one of our states industries should the legislature pass a law that creates in statute, huge monopolies? The question remains should government be picking winners and losers?

Governor Nixon should stand up and take responsibility for his administration. He does not follow the "Buck Stops Here" mantra of Harry Truman. Stop scanning, retaining and sharing personal information on Missourians and fire those who are responsible!
